My whole life I have been fascinated by the soul.
The connection to my own soul has always been open and this turned out to be my saving grace in
challenging times.
I have always had the feeling that I did not belong here.
Not with my family and not on this earth. I felt stuck and had to play pretend, with a lingering homesickness in my heart to a place I did not know.
8 years ago, the mask I carefully built to be able to cope with childhood trauma, the world and the people in it, started to crumble.
Slowly at first, but with time, faster and faster. It was terrifying.
All the shadows I had been hiding under that mask, came out in the form of anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue and C-PTSD.
Trying to be 'normal' is exhausting!
However, in the middle of the darkness I experienced many moments of awakening and revelations that shifted my entire perspective.
Through years of shadow work, spiritual guidance, coaching, studying trauma and practicing breath work, I have developed a deep connection to my inner wisdom, to unconditionally loving divine beings and I have finally integrated my soul with body. This last aspect is often underestimated, but it is the key to living a joyful and abundant life.
To live our divinity,
we need to fully embrace our humanity first.
Now I help others to experience the same transformative journey.
