The Awakening Coach

Welcome to The Awakening Coach, a coaching service provided by Lieke Hartmans, based in The Netherlands. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for the use of our coaching services, both in-person and online. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Information

1.2 Scope of Services
The Awakening Coach provides professional coaching services, including personal development coaching, workshops, and virtual sessions, aimed at helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals. The services are non-therapeutic and focused on guidance, not mental health care.

2. Booking & Payment  
2.1 Booking Confirmation
- Sessions can be booked via email, phone, or the official website.  
- A session is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email.  

2.2 Fees and Payment
- Fees for coaching services are provided upon inquiry or listed on the official website.  
- Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.  
- Accepted payment methods include Paypal, Apple Pay, Creditcard

2.3 Currency 
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

2.4 VAT 
If applicable, VAT is included in the fees and will be clearly stated on the invoice.


3. Cancellations & Refunds  
3.1 Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. 
- Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will incur the full session fee.  

3.2 Cancellation by The Awakening Coach
- The Awakening Coach reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances.  
- In such cases, the client will be notified promptly, and a refund or reschedule will be offered.  

3.3 Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided only for cancellations made in line with the conditions above.  
- No refunds will be given for partially used packages, completed Soul Blueprints, Angel Readings or other completed sessions.

4. Responsibilities  
4.1 Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own commitment, engagement, and actions during and after the coaching sessions.  

4.2 Coach Responsibility
The Awakening Coach is committed to providing a professional and supportive environment. However, results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.

4.3 Liability
- The Awakening Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.  
- Coaching does not replace professional advice, therapy, or counseling.  

5. Privacy & Confidentiality  
5.1 Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

5.2 Confidentiality
All coaching sessions are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without prior consent, except where required by law.  

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law  
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. 
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.


7. Updates to Terms & Conditions  
The Awakening Coach reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
